3 days ago I rescued a 18 month old skittish red speckled female Australian Cattle dog, small breed. Why is she sucking her tail? When I attempt to touch it, she chases it in circles.

We recently adopted a Tibetan Terrier from the SPCA. He
was so terribly neglected and his coat was so matted the groomer could only crop him short to get to the fleas. He looks adorable with hus sleek body, fluffy tail and of course his beautiful face, which the groomer
really trimmed beautifully. What I want to know is can we continue to keep him trimmed short, as I am in a wheelchair and cannot brush him if he had the long coat.
I know the Kennel club would be unhappy but I'm not planning on showing him - will grooming him this way
hurt him in any way? Sincerely, Stefanie Griffith

Hello,

I do have a problem with my dog, I do not know what to do anymore. He looks like the Norfolk Terrier. I love him very much, I have had him since he was 1 month old. First we had him inside the house, but then he started chewing up everything he found except for his toys. He completely destroyed my screen patio. It was a disaster. He is one year old and he has been in the big back yard we have but he still chews on everything. He had already destroyed some plastic chairs we have around the pool and water hoses, electrical cables we left in the garage, I mean he had already cost us a lot of money. What can I do?
