We insure the general soundness of our dogs by health & genetic testing; as we are interested in producing sound, healthy and temperamentally-stable representatives of the breed. Boerboels are a mastiff-type dog, originating from South Africa, which have been bred specifically as a farm/utility dog with strong guarding instincts. We're happy to speak to people simply interested in the breed.
