The item pictured was not sent. After four or more contacts with customer service I finally gave up. br /The standard response was "I'll have to call you back", and did they? NO!

I tried to order the classic 3-8 26' flexi from this page and was directed to the entirely pets seller. They sent the 16' lead and in response to my email have insisted I call their customer service... which has a long hold time. I did talk to someone and they don't have the 26' lead. They started to explain but I didn't care to listen... I want a 26' lead. Still have not received the promised email return label.br /br /This leash is 5 stars. We have 1 and want 2 more (chewing puppy). Alas, Amazon and resellers have fallen short on this item. My exprience routed through entirely pets for this item is 0 stars.

i love this for my dogs they have so much more leadway and if i could find a longer one it would be fantastic.It is so easy to control them when walking them around tradfic or dog parks.I received the product fast and easy. thanks!!

I love this leash so much that I have 3.br /I like the tape design over the cord type in case Your Dog or Yourself happen to get tangled up you don't get rope burn on the skin.br /These are very sturdy leashes which hold up to my 6 rescue Dogs daily walk. With no fence and our self imposed leash law for safety, I can't imagine not having this leash. They take a lot of abuse and are trouble free.

I like this leash because it is longer than the other retractable leashes on the market, and it stands up to the frequent drops and unexpected yanks from my dog. It also has an incredible braking mechanism.
