It has clear visibility as cars from about 5 blocks away tend to steer to the other side of the road well in advance (not knowing what the flashing light is).br /Others think it is cool too. So now my dog is "Joe Cool" of the neighborhood. br /One thing I would change in the design though: The ring where the leash attaches is limited so it is hard to add all the tags and id for the dog. I added another ring from an old collar so it works fine for me now.br /
