I'm now ordering my second Quiet Spot. I have a white dog and his tags constantly rubbed against his chest leaving a dark mark and actually making a bald spot on his chest. Since purchasing and using this product he has not problems. His groomer has been impressed as well. Unfortunately he can now sneak up on me because I no longer hear the tinkle of his tags.br /

I admit I have a slightly neurotic puppy who is not fond of the sound of her tags jingling. I also admit that I, personally, could do without the sound either.br /With the tag silencer, my pup wears her collar with no fighting and I don't have to deal with the constant jingling! Not only that, but I am saved from paying for a higher priced plastic tag because the silencer also keeps the tags from rubbing off. Her Rabies tag from LAST year looks good as new, and her name is still clearly visible. Not only that, the silencer itself has held up remarkably well through numerous swimming excursions and a couple trips in the puppy's mouth. The reflective print on the front is also a nice perk for walking in the dark.
