 Real Treat for My Cats December 15, 2008
After attempting to brush my cats' teeth, I decided I needed another alternative. My vet recommended the CET Chews. The first time I offered them to my cats, they liked the smell but didn't quite know what to make of something that large. After a few minutes, Milo figured out how to eat it while Mindy watched and learned. Now they love them! The Amazon price is significantly less than my vet's price.

I have seven cats and four of them enjoyed these chews. Three of them would chew them whole, but the other cat needed them to be broken up before she would eat them. The other three cats wouldn't have anything to do with them, no matter what I did.br /br /Overall, I think these made great treats for my cats who really enjoyed them. I can't say if the treats did anything for their dental health and seeing as I still have to brush their teeth, I only buy these chews on occasion.

This is a great alternative if you don't have time to brush your cat's teeth. My cat devours them. The size is a little disturbing, but somehow the cat manages to get them down with a few awkward gurgles. We have been feeding the cat these for years (switching between flavors) and she doesn't get tired of them.
