At first glance at the picture, this dog toy would seem to be made up of many, many balls. But when you receive it, it is just one of the furry balls, so the picture is a little deceiving. My puppy loves it though. The fur ball is very well made, large sized and the squeak mechanism seems to be very sturdy, very important for an active, teething puppy dog.
