1 Golden Retriever we have a puppy now, very bright, beautiful
2 Collie I have had 3 in the past, very smart, loyal, beautiful

The best dog I ever had was a mixed breed. He was a Cocker Spaniel & ?????
He was the happiest, sweetest dog I have ever encountered.

1. Samoyeds
2. Bull terriers
3. Doberman Pinschers

Here's my top 3:
1. Dachshunds - love them, all of my dogs now are dachshunds!
2. German Shepherds - absolutely useful dogs and super easy to train. They don't fetch though.
3. Golden Retrievers - Great water dogs and perfect for a water person like me too. A little hard to clean and maintain, but that's okay I guess considering the other good factors of this breed.
