This is the West Siberian Laika. Laika is primarily a hunting dog and in its hunting capacity, it is most versatile breed. All Laikas are treeing small game and they do it naturally. Just take your puppy in woods often and turn him loose and he will start finding his own squirrels and other small game. When mature, Laika goes after big game, such as bear, moose and wild boar.
