Probably Circe's dogs. She's an excellent sorceress.But, yeah, Great Danes would be a good bet.

my dog is a mutt lab mix & he says "I love you""hello" and "I want my mama" Any dog that is a good howler, it is the howling vocalizations that sound like talking. At least in our case. I have heard dogs "talk" with growling vocalizations too...I think any dog can do it, it is just a matter of training...
