If you're talking size and weight combined, there are several large dog breeds, like Saint Bernard, English Masiff, and Newfoundland that all reach 200lbs. As far as Height only, Great Dane, or Irish Wolfhound, but they don't weigh 150 lbs usually.The biggest most intimidating dog I've ever seen outside of a Artic Wolf (illegal to own), is the Tosa Inu (western breed) - They range from 190-250 lbs and are very intimidating, but very gentle, loyal dogs to their owners. They're stomach high on a 6 foot man, and when they bark you can feel your gut rattle.They were bred in Japan to protect large tracts of land and as a silent fighting dog, the western breed is the biggest, Japanese breed is around 100-130 lbs. The western breed is thought to be crossed with the English Mastiff. Be prepared to spend some money on them, generally they sell for $1500-3000.
