I have 2 small dogs and the female is in her second heat, she is done with the bleeding and is still swollen, the male dog just keeps licking her down there instead of trying to breed with her. When she was in her first heat he tried and tried to breed with her but couldnt get it right. Whats wrong?

sounds like he doesn't know what he's doing. like he's read about it, but never done it before, you know? sometimes they need a little help until they get it right, and other dogs just aren't good breeders. Kind of hard to say. And if she's at the end of her season, she might not be allowing him to do anything......take your pick.

maybe coz he had he testicles n dik removed its the same thing that has happened to my dog
