Default Large dog breed?
I saw a beautiful dog today, but I don't know the breed. It was very large, probably close to 3 feet tall, and well over 100 lbs, it had a short dark gray coat, and had weird ears.

'Weird' ears? If the coat was shiny and smooth, it could be a Great Dane with cropped ears.If wiry coat, an Irish or a Scottish Wolfhound.If stocky, a blue mastiff of some sort.My gut says Dane, though

It was probably a Great Dane with clipped ears.
