Actually, yes. I haven't tried it but according to one of my friends my friend and I got our dogs pregnant. I've found many ways to do it. Here's one:
1) You need to have at least 40,000 trainer points, if you don't then it won't work.
2) Get two of your puppies (both the same breed) and make sure they like each other, which means no barking or jumping on each other.
3)Do not let a third dog stay at home, you need a space for the puppy.
4)Your female dog can only eat Dry Food and only drink Milk + treats.
5) Give loads of attention to the female and give her Dog Biscuits. (any treats will be fine)
6) Soon you will notice the female get fatter and start to eat more. (If she keeps laying down that a good sign.)
7) 1 week or so later you should have puppies.
Baths:??? To be safe, no
Walks:No for just female
Competitions:No for just female

Yes you can breed them and this is how you do it...
female and male of the same breed make sure there well fed... put rose on the girl and lucky collar on the boy then listen to the whole nintendogs record and make sure they love echother and not very many fights. after you listened to the record save and turn off your game then turn it on the next morning and you should have a baby dog couple of inches smaller then its parents,if it doesn't work keep on doing it till you get a dog a little smaller then the parents.
