| | Guest | Whats the best breed of dog?
your own opinions and why plz, thanks!also do any of you have cats and dogs? i would love to get a puppy, ive been thinking over a few different breeds and am torn between a few, it would be nice to rescue an older dog but i need to get a pup because it will grow with me i can affect the temperment of the dog and trust it, an older dog coming to a new home i just wouldnt be comfortable not knowing its personality and if i didnt trust him/her the dog would know it! i dont want a vicious dog and want my 2 cats to be safe!!

Lab, good with kids, or anyone as far as that goes. They are smart too.

Boston Terriers are great dogs. They love adults and children. They are friendly, and they socialize well. They are good watch dogs, and protective of their owners.

BLACK LABS!!!! They are so fun... a great friend, guard dog, and they don't have much problems. They love everyone... they can be rly rough around adults but when they are arund children they know when to settle down. They are very smart dogs. They are one of the most loyal dogs I know of!! They also live fairly long. I love mine!!!

OBVIOUSLY miniature pincers. First of all, they are immaculate, require zero physical maintenance, have no runny eyes or anything else runny. They are small and easy to feed. They are playful, extremely loving, and good watch dogs.I have the PERFECT dog-with none of the fuss I see other people dealing with.

It really depends on your situation. If you live in an apartment... and work.. you need a lap dog. they generaly entertian themselves when you are gone... and dont take up to much maintence time. I live in an apt and have two great dogs. we have Tessa our pomerainian... and Duke, our minpin/papillon mix. If you have kids I would suggest a lab. theyre very intellegent.. and LOVE kids.. They're very loyal, and easy to train... you just have to get past the first two years... were they are much like having a two yr old child. they get into everything! but are totaly worth it.

I would say boxers as well. Lots of people are hesitant to buy a boxer because they think they're mean. It's not the breed thats rough or mean. It's the way you train it and raise it. Except for pitbulls . They're bred for killing. Also, I know lots of people have them but Golden retrivers are really good pets too. So incredibly gentle and fin. But they shed ALOT
