Whats the best breed of dog?
your own opinions and why plz, thanks!also do any of you have cats and dogs? i would love to get a puppy, ive been thinking over a few different breeds and am torn between a few, it would be nice to rescue an older dog but i need to get a pup because it will grow with me i can affect the temperment of the dog and trust it, an older dog coming to a new home i just wouldnt be comfortable not knowing its personality and if i didnt trust him/her the dog would know it! i dont want a vicious dog and want my 2 cats to be safe!!

Boston Terriers are great dogs. They love adults and children. They are friendly, and they socialize well. They are good watch dogs, and protective of their owners.

BLACK LABS!!!! They are so fun... a great friend, guard dog, and they don't have much problems. They love everyone... they can be rly rough around adults but when they are arund children they know when to settle down. They are very smart dogs. They are one of the most loyal dogs I know of!! They also live fairly long. I love mine!!!

OBVIOUSLY miniature pincers. First of all, they are immaculate, require zero physical maintenance, have no runny eyes or anything else runny. They are small and easy to feed. They are playful, extremely loving, and good watch dogs.I have the PERFECT dog-with none of the fuss I see other people dealing with.

It really depends on your situation. If you live in an apartment... and work.. you need a lap dog. they generaly entertian themselves when you are gone... and dont take up to much maintence time. I live in an apt and have two great dogs. we have Tessa our pomerainian... and Duke, our minpin/papillon mix. If you have kids I would suggest a lab. theyre very intellegent.. and LOVE kids.. They're very loyal, and easy to train... you just have to get past the first two years... were they are much like having a two yr old child. they get into everything! but are totaly worth it.

I would say boxers as well. Lots of people are hesitant to buy a boxer because they think they're mean. It's not the breed thats rough or mean. It's the way you train it and raise it. Except for pitbulls . They're bred for killing. Also, I know lots of people have them but Golden retrivers are really good pets too. So incredibly gentle and fin. But they shed ALOT

west highland white terriers. i have two of them. they are spunky and they have human qualites like if you were sad they come up to you can stay.they wont mess with any animal smaller than them but if a big dog comes over they will attack and protect you( we ride together, we die together, WESTIES 4 LIFE )

well it all depends on your personality, whether its the type u want an active one, playful, the type to just wants to be lazy, etc.....I like Shih-tzu's, Boxer's, Old English Sleepdog's, Shiba-inu, Dalmations and so forth. The best one I can say as a very good choice is the Labrador.Make sure you take good care of dogs, they are living as much as we are!I suggest you also try reading books about Dogs or anything about animals you will purchase.

I think that Labs are the best dogs in the world. They are adorable and sweet. There not super hyper either. Jack Russles/Fox Terriers and awesome dogs too. I have one, and i LOVE it. It is soooo sweet. I think depending on what your looking for, you should get a Lab if you want a bigger dog, and a Jack Russel/Fox Terrier is you want a small one. i hope this helped!!!

I think you should get a Golden Retriever because they are very friendly and they are easy to take care of. If you have kids, the golden retriever wouldn't bite them or you.

Initially it depends on WHY you're getting a dog. i.e. guard dog, family dog or a pooch that you just want to hang out with. My chocolate Lab is a great family dog who loves to go for runs or walks and he's wonderful with my children and puts up with a lot from my kids.
