I think any very large dog with thick fur. Dogs don't have sweat glands so the only way they can release their body heat is through panting. I think the bigger the dog and the thicker the fur, the more easily they get hot (combination of surface area and insulation from fur) so st. bernards, newfies, pyrnees, bernese mountain dogs are examples of dogs that drool a lot.

I would say an English Bulldog or a Great Pyrenees. We had a Pyrenees and her drooled like a madman

I have heard that Saint Bernards droll a lot! They are known for this. I haven't had one myself, so I can't say from experience!
