It means the dog is a German Shepherd. GSD stands for German Shepherd dog and that is the type of dog or breed.

gsd = german shepard dog

gcd = good citizen dog (also includes good social dogs)

one would not say Good Show Dog unless they were hiding something, the titles and awards would say that
