No thats not true, you cant breed to dogs of the same family. Havent you heard of dogs being born with no legs or some sort of deformity, if you have a dog that is pregnant through her father get the puppies aborted

This is not a good practise but yes this can happen, and there can be birth defects. OK, so that aside it is fare better to rid yourself of the daughter and leave well enough alone, please spade and neuter animals that you don't want to breed and help prevent unwanted animals. Father will bred with daughter but not without risks.

call your vet and ask him or her.... you should NOT ever in breed your animals. It can cause serious health problems as well as turning on you or other people.

It is not a good idea. Dogs need a mixed gene pool just like people. Otherwise problems within the genetics will be compounded. If the Dad has hip dysplasia and breeds with the daughter then the puppies will be even more likely to develop problems. You want healthy puppies in breeding will cause nothing but problems down the road, it's not worth it.

Default Electra complex

It is not just taboo that makes us prohibit it in humans. Rare recessive genes in a family that would never show up in offspring due to their being offset by dominant (normal) genes in non relatives (remember high school genetics- autosomal recessive showing up in the homozygous state, not showing up in the heterozygous state) are fully expressed resulting in any number of conditions showing up in 100% of offspring that would otherwise apprear with a probability of 5% or less. In terms of healthy offspring, the less related the parents are genetically (therefore mutts are best) the better.
