Lots of mixed breeds (mutts) can look like coyotes.

Well there is a German Shepard...they are soooo sweet and smart and diciplined. And don't get foled because they are police dogs THEY ARE REALLY playfull and good and easy to train! The Sheba Inu looks a little bit like a fox... sort of similar. Any smallish shepard mix could resemble one as well.

My seppala husky can be mistaken for a coyote. Heres some photos of some seppala huskies.

As with all huskies, and malamutes, the colorations, and markings will vary. Mine looks more coyotyish than the ones in the pictures. But Seppalas can be very similar in size, colors, stance (minus the tail, which is never curled on a coyote) to a coyote.
