Looks like a black lab and a mix of another kind of dog.

I'd go with Basenji, bull terrier mix. Though I could see lab too.

part pit terrier, and lab. beautiful pup to, he'll get bigger, with lots of fun, and a great guard dog.Will be good with kids too.If you don't turn him mean.

That's a Basenji... My house-mate just adopted one from the shelter, and he looks just like that, except he has some white markings too.... Really cute dog!!!! Congrats!!!

Has pit in it for sure. I used to have a half pit and it was identical to your dog minus the pointed ears.

I bet it is a pitbull, lab mix.

I would say a bull terrier and some other type...he def does not have lab. If he does it is not showing. I have 3 and breed them and that is not a lab.
