A female dog can breed with two or three different males and produce pups by each one having them born all at the same time. Our friend had a Lab that mated with a shepherd, a australian shepherd and a huskey. The dog had 13 pups and you could tell which ones came from which male.

I believe you can have a mixed litter with more than one father, but each puppy would be the product of one father.An egg can/will only accept one sperm for fertilization.

my husky had pups from three different males. I didn't know it was possible until confirmed by the vet. my dog is easy!!!

a female can have multiple eggs, which leaves the chance open for two difference sperm donors to fertilize her, but two different sperm cannot fertilize the same egg.example:lets say you have a lab. & she's bred with a poodle & a chow. so there's a possibility you'll get both lab/poodle puppies & lab/chow puppies, but not a combination of all three
