They are not bloody hounds though.They have big innocent eyes,long ears and one cartoon character is of that breed. ps: Not beagle or bloody hound though.

there is a dog in the basset family called a PBGV( i think) it stand for petit basset griffon something??!! anyway it is short and long like a basset hound but has more hair. there is also a dog with huge eyes, short and long called a dandie dinmont terrior (something like that) but it isn't in the basset family and in my opinion is not nearly as attractive
