I love pit bulls actually i like every kind of dogs as well as those ugly ones you see on the net... but like you said they are mostly misunderstood that's why my mom doesnt want me to own a pit bull.

I am a proud owner of two pitbulls. One female 1-1/2 year old blue pit and a 6month old red nose puppy. i love them dearly. They have never gave me any idea that they were aggressive. I also have 3 children that grew up with my pits. they were around when my children were newborns. My dogs have never showed any aggression towards my children or family members. It is the bad owners that use and dont understand the breed that give pitbulls a bad name. ban the deed not the breed!!!!!!!

I also love pit bulls but like most people out there i dont know that much about the breed...

Bad owners or Ignorant owners can mess up any breed of dog... when its a Chihauha or a tiny Pom people laugh.... when its a big powerful breed its not so funny...
I've seen some pretty sweet Pitty's, we had a Blue brindle puppy come in the otherday, Gorgeous and he was an excellent dog to work on, nothing bothered him at all, he was calm and relaxed for everything even toenails and drying!! he just sat patiently like he'd done this thousands of times before! he's only 4 months old, i wish all the dogs we work with were as relaxed as he was
he liked having us gush over him too... he's going to be a great dog
