hey...about a year ago i adopted this cute puppy. his records state that he's a mutt and that he may be part boxer, greyhound and/or various other breeds. i've never had a dog that i couldn't figure out what it was before!

i think he may be part greyhound. in fact, i'm sure of it. when he runs really fast he shows all the characteristics of a greyhound. plus, his ribs are real wide and get narrower as they reach his bottom half. however, his nose is not as narrow/skinny as a greyhound. he may be part whippet, i don't know. also, he's a small dog. i'd say about 25-30 lbs. and he's only 1 1/2 years old. i doubt he'll get any bigger than he already is.

if anyone has ANY idea as to what breed/breeds he may be, please let me know! thanks!!!

She's very like a red setter but she's black....

If you ask me I'd say there's part Beagle in your dog as well. Looks to me like the face of a beagle and they're quite small dogs too. Hope that's a bit of help. x x x

3Beans, Gordon Setters are black/tan, so it is quite possible your girl could be a setter mix. There are other types of setters which also come in black/white, and red/white.

I think that belongs to the Whippet breed.
