Jackryper. You probably have noticed that most posters on this thread have NOT been supporters of BSL. You are very entitled to your oppinion on the issue, but remember that you are posting on a public forum, where there may very well be readers still sitting on the fence, and trying to find out diffrent reasons for or against.
Your posts in their rudness and attacking nature is 1. Completely overiding your actual point, thoughts and reasons for your oppinion, and 2. Sending you back posts with return vilification.
You will beable to get your heated discussion with other posters, but still clearly state your argument for BSL without direct or indirect insult or abuse if you are clear as to your feelings on the issue.
Please, are we not adult enough to bring this thread back to what it began as, a tool to help educate people on the issue of BSL and the arguments for and against banning or restricting ownership to certain breeds.
The for BSL argument is weak already on this thread, do you not want to educate the readers of this thread why you feel the way you do? It is not necessary to throw around insults, abuse or insinuation of threatning behaviour. Remember that many posters here may own the breeds you are discussing, It is OK for you not to like these breeds for your reasons, but to insult the people who do own them, you have no right! |
