Yeah. I think it looks like a pit bull or a pit bull mix. I have had some experience around these dogs, and from what I know, many of them make great family companions. They sit around in shelters because people are terrified of them, when they are some of the biggest love-bugs I've ever met! The only problem I've ever heard of from people who own these dogs is that they are not always comfortable around dogs of the same sex, sometimes getting aggressive. Proper socialization is a must, as well as training. They are large, powerful dogs that need discipline and ample exercise. In short, these dogs are intelligent athletes, with a need to please, and great potential to become a loving family pet. |
