First have your Corgi checked by your vet. It's entirely possible that she's acting the way she is because of the new puppy. But rule out medical reasons before you try to do anything else.
If she checks out OK, make sure she's getting the same amount of attention as the puppy. Pet her first, feed her first, make sure the puppy isn't "replacing" her. Give her special time alone with you. If she's not eating, try adding a little yummy treat to her food; a teaspoon of yogurt or peanut butter, unsalted broth, a bit of chopped chicken. And give it time. It's an adjustment she has to make. And with time, and a little extra attention, she will.
