[UnderDog]

I need a dog breed that is:

Good with kids (all the kids are over 12 but she wants one that is good with kids anyway)
Average watchdog (at least 6/10, one of the reasons they are getting it is so they can eb alerted of strange things in the garden around the birds of prey!)
Low exercise requirements (20 minutes a day jog, agility at home and alot of playtime)
Low shedding (the dog will be groomed daily anyway but one considered good with allergy sufferers would be appreciated)
The ease of training dosent really matter, they are home all day to train him/her and will be spending alot of time her/him.

Any ideas?
