Default What is my Bichon Frise mixed with?

Hello everyone!! Last year I had a very cute puppy walk into my yard, and after putting up signs and walking around the neighborhood to see if he belonged to anyone, we ended up falling in love with him! Now at first, we had someone say that he was a maltese poodle but I looked all over the internet and determined that he wasn't. But the other day at the dog park another woman had a full breed Bichon Frise, and they looked almost exactly alike! I was so ahppy to find what he really was, but looking at other pictures of Bichon's, I still believe that he is mixed with another dog.

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT OTHER BREED MY DOG IS MIXED WITH? I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE YOU HELP!!!!!!!

Don't take this wrong, but he just looks like a Bichon with a bad haircut. Have you considered having him done in a Bichon standard cut, and then see what he looks like? You might be surprised.

Maybe, maybe a poodle? Can't quite see him well enough, but he's still a cutie!

Hi ,
I think hes a Bichon. I dont think he's crossed with anything. If i dont keep my bichon fluffed and groomed regularly, she will look like yours.

At first glance, your dog looks like a Bichon/Airedale Terrier mix to me. Do you know that many pet stores now carry a DNA test kit to determine what breed your dog is? You might want to purchase one.

May be that's Kintamani Dogs.. The Kintamani is a dog breed native to the Indonesian island of Bali. The Kintamani dog is an evolving breed indigenous to the Kintamani region of Bali. Kintamani dogs cohabitate with feral Bali street dogs, although folklore has the breed originating 600 years ago from a Chinese Chow Chow. The physical and personality characteristics of the Kintamani dog make it a popular pet for the Balinese, and efforts are currently under way to have the dog accepted by the Federation Cynologique Internationale as a recognized breed. :-D

I doubt this dog has any Kintamani Dog in it. That breed of dog has smooth fur, from what I've seen.

I agree, perhaps Airedale x Bichon mix. I still think Bichon x Poodle mix, but I don't have much experience with the curly-coated breeds, or mall breeds for that matter.
