I have in my possession a 6 month old puppy named Ruby that is a boxer, rottie, lab mix. She is almost potty trained, which means that she makes about 1 mistake a week in the house, she is very loving, likes kids, and is totally hyper! She freaking jumps like 6 ft from the ground! But her head is like out in left field most of the time. She is kind of like that song...I'm bringing home a baby bumblebee...I have a purebred boxer that is 12, so I'm wondering if I'm suffering from "sometimers" and forgot what a puppy does...has anyone else discovered this with their mixes?

Boxers are extremely hyper as puppies and stay that way for may years.
Mine just started to mellow out and he is 7 years old. It's kinda sad sometimes to see your dog getting old

Having said that, Rotties and Labs are pretty hyper as well so I think you have a normal hyper puppy
