Default Which dog breed for me?
I was wondering which of these dog breeds are better suited as a family dog and why? These are the dogs. -
English Mastiff.
Great Dane.
Irish Wolfhound.
Neapolitan Mastiff.
Bullmastiff.
American Bulldog.

Which of those are the best suited for Family dogs and why?

Well we need more info. Are you looking for a lazy dog, an active dog, how active is your family?

All breeds listed are great with kids. Great Danes are VERY lazy dogs despite how big they are.

Keep in mind though, that the average life span of a great dane or mastiff is only about 5-7 years. The bigger the dog, the shorter the lifespan.
