Hello all. I just received this puppy from a friend. My friend found her in a bayou near her house. What we can't figure out though, is, what type of dog is she?! We know that she is going to stay small... What do you all think?

If it is really small, maybe it's a chihuahua cross. As for small dogs not getting on with children, I don't agree! I have three small breed dogs and they all love kids, even though I don't have children and they were not raised around kids!
hey there. theres a lot breeds of dog that the dog appears small... like terrier, chiwawa, hound, etc. you must identify first the puppy's paw and characteristic, mostly, the dogs appearance will be seen most when the dog have reached a few weeks.
Hi, I have a new puppy also, he looks a bit like yours but with differant colouring and a slightly shorter muzzle, Mine is a Jackahuahua ( Jack russell terrier cross chihuahua). I've seen a few advertised that look a lot like your little girl. He's full of mischief. Yours has more of the jack russell in it like the head shape and some jack russells are brindled like yours but brindle is more common in staffordshire bull terriers so maybe she has a little of staffie blood in her. time will tell!
