I know where you are coming from as I have a cocker spaniel mix and I always wanted to know "what else!" I finally decided the other part just had to be golden retriever and now am pretty satisfied that I know. Not only is it a "just wanting to know" kind of thing but it also helps in knowing what kind of health problems each breed is prone to. I have a book (actually 2) that tells what each breed is prone to---In looking in 1 a min. ago, I see that the Staffie doesn't have a very big listing compared to most breeds! Hope you find out what else it is and quell the ever wondering. If you are curious if I made a good guess, lol, you can check out my pics. in my album on my profile page---I have 2 dogs. Max is the pure cocker and CORKY is the mix.

I've been studying your Poppy's face and I'm thinking that is prob. the only place where there is an indication of some other breed mixed in--some of the American Staffordshire Terrier (right!?) is there too-the ears for one----But to me the skull (face) shape appears to be a little narrower and longer in the front of the face-----Which still doesn't tell you what the other mix is BUT thinking maybe you (or someone in this forum) can hone in on looking for those features in another breed of dog--facial features. Also wondering if the staffie has the white on the muzzle? I have been looking at the pics of the staffie in my book and comparing it to the pics you posted-----Can you get a few 'real good' pics up close of just the face--front, side, and kind of with an angle from which to see from the top (as if the dog had it's head downward just a little bit)?? How much does Poppy weigh and how tall (shoulder height) ? My book says: Male--40-50# and 17-19" -----------
Female--35-40# and16-18" (sorry at moment forgot whether male or female).
Does it weigh (and height) more or less or right on target so can give idea of what weight to look for in the other breed? (and height)

Hello! God that is a detailed reply
She has no white parts, she is fully tan colour. The staffy part is "stafforshire bull terrier", the smaller cousin of the american bull terrier. SEE HERE
Her weight is roughly 11kg. 17" shoulder height and 23" long from bum to nose.
