does anyone have any idea what mix this dog is, the papers from the vet only say husky mix

I think an Auzzie cattle dog is more square-faced, or shorter nosed and stockier, although the color is similar. This one definitely has a longer "wolfier" (is that a word!) face.

I think that breed is called "Tall, Strong, and Handsome". Gorgeous dog. Maybe it is part wolf.
