based on the size comparison with the shoe, her feet are far to small to be either. She looks to have some terrier in her. You really will not know until she is older and she develops out of the puppy and is more of an adult dog. But you cannot use her ears or coloring or even markings at this age to really determine a mixed breed since when they become adults and blow their puppy coat, it can change colors. In addition, many breeders ears stand and often they many breeds at this age have similar ears as far as shape. Also, the white on the chest is not normal in either of the 2 breeds you mention.
