What kind of dog is she?
Her name is Princess. Just by looking at her, what kind of dog do you think she is? She is 6wks old. She was given to me from a friend that couldnt keep her due to her daughter being allergic. They told me she was a red nose pit. She is such a good pup, almost all the way potty trained at just 6 wks old! It dosent matter what she is i just love her to death, just curious?!? The pics are attached.

No expert --I do have a book with pics of most breeds-but sorry to say that one isn't in there! I would guess though that it is a pit.
She is pretty young to make a guess on too. There is a program on tv called Pit Bulls and Parolees (or something like that) on Animal Planet--It is on Friday nights (lol, just missed it) It is on at 9pm CST here (midwest)--You might be interested in--Shows a lot of pit bulls!
She sure is a little cutie whatever she is! I esp. like that 2nd pic--very cute. And like you said--It doesn't really matter because you love her no matter what! Sounds like she has gotten a good home! See you around.

Yes she is a Pit at least primary breed and with the bluing in the eyes you can tell she is too young to have been removed from the litter no matter what the person who bred the pup said. Weaning ends not when the pup no longer nurses off the bitch but when the bitch has imprinted, taught bite inhibition and the pup has had time to learn from litter mates.
Cutey though.

She is gorgeous! And, yes, she looks like an APBT (American Pit Bull Terrier).
I'm sure she will love her new new home!
