Can anyone help me? What breed Is this?
I just got her she is 5 months old and about 25 to 30 pounds. I need to know what breed or breeds she is.
Is she a Pit bull? I was in hope of a Jack Russell
Lab/Jack maybe?

She's got the ears and markings of a Jack Russell but her face looks a bit like a bull terrier. She's a very pretty girl.

She is definitely in the Terrior Breeds for sure. I agree with Jack Russell as well. You could say a Jack Russell Mix.

She certainly has Jack Russell markings but, no Jack is that big. I'm not sure what she is crossed with but I'd bet it is some other kind of terrier.

Sorry, but there is no Pit Bull in that dog. Some people seemed to see Pit in any breed that is short coated and stocky with no regards to the tell tale signs of which this dog shows none that I can see based on the pic.

I don't see one iota of pit bull in that dog. There is without a doubt a lot of JRT there but pit bull? Not a chance.
I assume that pit bulls and pit bull X's are a banned breed where you come from? It is possible to have the DNA of your dog tested to determine exactly what he/she is. If it means the difference between keeping or losing your dog, it would be money well spent.
It breaks my heart to hear stories like this because everything seems to ride on the opinion of one individual who may or may not know what he/she is talking about.
If you put into your browser, DNA test dogs, it will bring up some sites.
Good luck to you and your fur child!!!

Not a drop of pit in that dog.
When I opened it, I saw Smooth Fox Terrier and Jack Russel.

I see mainly American Staffordshire Terrier but definitely crossed with something else. Too big for the Jack Russell--My breeds book gives their weight as 15-18 lbs (male)! Wondering if the other mix might be Bull Terrier---definitely not the shape of the face but shape of the rest of the body looks like it! Male is 21-22 inches (shoulder down) and weighs 52-56 lbs.--male. Female weighs 45-60 lbs. That is of course, adult 'figures!'
Sure has some different looking marks--base of tale and that face! Cute dog with expressive eyes!

My breeder mentioned on the phone the other day that certain (not too bright people) have begun crossing the larger JRT's with the "bully breeds." What they hope to accomplish by this except to have JRT's experience the same problems as the "bully breeds" are now facing, I cannot say. However, I don't see that mix in this dog at all.
I would still seriously consider a DNA test to clear up the matter once and for all. They will send you a kit. All you need is a swab from the inside of the dogs cheek. There is no pain at all for the dog. I saw one site that was charging $59.99 U.S. Then, you would know 100% and could prove your dogs background. DNA doesn't lie...

American Staffordshire Terrier
Just some info from my breeds book concerning the American Staffordshire Terrier: The American Staffordshire looks much like the British, although it is a larger dog overall. It prob. bears an even closer resemblance to Bulldogs of about a century ago, from which it is directly descended. The American Staffordshire should never be confused with the notorious Pit Bull Terrier. Although it is a courageous and tenacious fighter if provoked, and needs firm, kind training to control this instinct, its basic temperment toward people is gentle and loving.
