Hi - I posted awhile back asking opinions about the possible breeds that Toby is comprised of He's a little - ha - a LOT bigger now he has changed alot - or so I think. Anything new come to mind? I believe he has some sort of retriever in him.

If nothing else - enjoy the pictures

He is probably about 5 months old (has lots a good # of baby teeth)...I guess large breeds lose baby teeth about the same time as smaller breeds...?

He weighs close to 50 lbs...I dare not guess how much more he'll grow.

hmmm... that's one I didn't think of. I've read about the dog DNA tests they aren't terribly expensive - I guess I'm just too curious because in the end it doesn't matter to me what breed he has in him.

I'd say definitely yellow lab and I don't know what else!! I googled Nova Scotia Duck Trolling Retriever, and his coloring looks like that, also his ear shape. But jeez, he's a pretty little guy whatever his background.
