As cygwyllt noted, there is no feasible way to determine the breed of a pup until it is around 6 to 7 months of age. At this age, all anyone could do would be to guess no matter what they think it is. Allow for the pup to mature as this will show physical traits and development that will better define the dog and generally will help better in identifying the breeds. Outside of a registered purebred dog, mixes generally just cannot be seen at this young of age.
