Actually looks as if it may have been crossed with a Miniature Pinscher. Unfortunately this has been something that has been going on for some time now, mixing the breeds by taking a small or undersized Miniature Pinscher and breeding with a Chihuahua. Coloring is also a common color in the Pin. As for the ears, very common shape in the Pin also. One other note, Chi's generally do not have long snouts for their size and are generally short. The pic seems to indicate a snout more common to the Miniature Pinscher which is longer.
