Simply put, you do not learn about breeding by asking it on the internet.
In addition the dog is far too young, has not been tested and you offer no reason as to why the dog should even be bred.
Find books, they are in a library. Read them, everything about your breed, history, health etc. Then read every book you can find on breeding dogs especially your breed. Then contact a registered AKC breeder in your area and ask if they will mentor you. Once you have put in all the reading and approx a year of study working with a reputable breeder then you can think about breeding. No one has hours and hours of time to give you all you will need to know about breeding dogs. For the record, no bitch should be bred before age 2......
