Simply put, you do not learn about breeding by asking it on the internet.
In addition the dog is far too young, has not been tested and you offer no reason as to why the dog should even be bred.
Find books, they are in a library. Read them, everything about your breed, history, health etc. Then read every book you can find on breeding dogs especially your breed. Then contact a registered AKC breeder in your area and ask if they will mentor you. Once you have put in all the reading and approx a year of study working with a reputable breeder then you can think about breeding. No one has hours and hours of time to give you all you will need to know about breeding dogs. For the record, no bitch should be bred before age 2......

You say you want to learn about breeding - do you mean you want to put your dog at stud? Or do you have a bitch and you want her to have puppies? Why do you want to do this? If you think it will be a pleasant hobby and you will make some money on the side I can assure you that it is hard work, requires A LOT of study and if you do it properly you will be out of pocket.

To "learn about breeding" you need to learn about your breed, about dogs in general, health, psychology, physiology, nutrition. It will require a great deal of effort and study on your part and a great deal of financial outlay - whether you have a dog or a bitch.

As Yogi has said you need to take the time and study any books you can find on the subject and when you feel you have learned all you can from the books then find a mentor who will give you the understanding to put the book knowledge into practice.

Without putting in the effort to learn about your breed and doing the hard graft first you will be no better than a puppy mill breeder who has no care for his individual dogs and only sees them as cash cows.
