I have the strangest dog in the world. Breed?
Hi all! I wonder if you could help me figure out what breed is my little monster?
Thanks!

You clearly have the ultimate designer dog - a true one off in every respect. He is stunning. The only breeds I could pick out in him would be corgi (for the body shape) and Staffie (the brindle colouring). He really is amazing.

Cute! And I thought my dogs were hairy! I don't see staffie. There are other breeds with brindle coloring. I am trying to think of a small breed with brindle, but I can't. I know there are some out there. With his long coat, he might be part sheltie. I have seem some with brindle coats.

Welcome to the forum!
Is this dog considered a brindle color or just a mix of 3 different colors? All the brindle colored dogs I can find have a subtler blending of the colors!?? The face shape intrigues me because I like it's look--Closest I can find to it is the sheltie--Anyone else see another breed here? As far as brindle colored breeds --There appear to be quite a few and some of the smaller breeds are--dachshund, cairn terrier, and Boston terrier. But, lol, I want to know what breed that face belongs to!
Here is a pic of my daughter's dog with what I consider a brindle color:

Maybe it's the angle of the photo but the head looks as though it should belong to a much bigger dog - not that he is out of proportion, it just looks like it should be to me. It sounds ridiculous with such a fluffy "pretty" dog but could it be a boxer cross? Not saying that boxers aren't beautiful dogs - of course they are LOL!

The short legs and stockiness also made me think corgi but, I have no idea what else is in the mix. Beautiful dog though.

No idea what the breed mix is, but I just wanted to say that your dog is incredibly cute!
