I rescued our puppy 2 and a half months ago from a humane society and his name is Brindle.

They guessed that he was 3 months old and a Plott hound mix. I can see a lot of plott hound in him:

1. His brindle coat
2. white on his chest and back feet only
3. the way he acts

The things that are definitely not plott are his ears. They look like a pharaoh hound's ears. He is also still pretty small for being 5-6 months old, only about 30 pounds. Another thing that I cannot understand about him is that I like to take him running on my rollerblades. But he will be jogging/running for 40 minutes straight and get home and not even be out of breath! The dog we had before him was a golden retriever and she was always so exhausted after a good run. Is that a sign of anything?

Anyways, here are some pictures I took of our lovely pup! Let me know what you think??? Should I call him a hound mix?
