Is my dog part wolf??
Hello! I am a new dog owner and recently picked up little Kuma (not so little teeheehee) from a rescue in eastern New Brunswick, Canada!
He was from PEI and found on a native reserve along with his 6 brothers and sisters.

The mother... unknown
The father... also unknown.

The lady running the shelter was kind of a space cadet, so she couldnt be trusted. Upon meeting Kuma, we knew it was his time to be rescued.

With a look of love in his eyes and covered in lice, we saved this little guy from an unsure future. Enough of me rambling now, he was 6 weeks old.

He is 13 weeks old now.

Unfortunately the assumption that a Husky mix must have wolf in it is common.
In this case, there is nothing I can see to indicate even at this age, that there is any wolf in this dog. Best bet is to wait til the dog matures to around 8 to 9 months old where it physically develops than post pics. At that age more physical traits ie: head, coat, feet etc. will be more apparent.

I concur with Yogi. Your Kuma is cutie!! I also have a Kuma but mine's a she.
