Exclamation Can anyone help us identify the breed of our dog??

Yesterday we went the ASPCA and got a 5 week old puppy. The lady we adopted him from said he was a German Shepherd but after doing our own research we found that the dog looks alot like a Rottweiler and a German Shepherd. We are not sure if it is a mix between the two or just one of them. Can anyone help us please?

He is WAY too small to tell right now. Look at him in 6 months and you can tell better what he is.

Just like babies, lots of puppies look alike when they are tiny - he could even be a Yorkshire Terrier with those colours LOL! As Lunareclipse as said, wait until he is at least 6 months and you will have a much better idea of what he is.

even if he is a mix of rottweiller and german shepherd you have the possibility of a wonderful animal if you work him well and train him with love and consistency. I owned many a mixed shepherd and am now training a mixed rottweiller and boxer... it sensation can't be replaced by anything.
