Question Black Skin on Bichon Frise

I have a 6yr old male bichon frise. We took him from a friend a little over a month ago. Before we received him he had just been groomed. He had pink skin with some brownish/Black spots around his hind legs. Now, the skin on the back of his ears are black as well has his back side. Is this normal in this breed?

Yes, it is completely normal for white dogs to have black skin or black patchs on their skin.
