Any ideas on what my puppy could be?
She is almost 8 month and we got her at Christmas time, the human society, told us that she was a dash hound/ Chihuahua mix. But we are not sure what she could be. I hate saying to people when they ask what kind of dog she is?
would just be nice to know.

thanks for clarifying the "dash hound" thing. I could not figure out what a dash hound was til I looked at the pic and realized the op meant Dachshund.

The brindle colouring is very unusual though isn't it? Could we see some more pics, perhaps from the side and standing?

Italian grayhound comes in brindle too. Look up the breed colors for chihuahuas. I thought that that brindle was an accepted color for chis.

I think I saw the exact same dog!(weird..) Though I really can't tell much as to her breed, given that it must be a mixed breed, we really can't know it exactly.

My guess would be Italian Greyhound. might be crossed with something, but I do not believe it's a Dachshund. The ears are wrong, head is wrong, legs are definately wrong. I'd be more inclined to think your pup is an Italian Greyhound crossed with a Rat Terrier or a Chi... I would almost think she's pure, except the ears are wrong for a purebred IG

I see Chi. I don't see Dachshund. I own a Dachshund mix and you can see the Dachshund in her.
