Your pics didn't come up but that is irrelevant.
First of all, you should never buy a puppy without seeing it in the litter with its mother. If you can see the father that is a bonus but if you don't see the pup with the mother and the rest of the litter you can have no idea at all what the breed is. You can be handed any sort of dog at all and told what ever the seller likes and you will have no guarantee that the dog is what you are told. It might be a griffon or it might be a mutt.
Secondly a pup should never be parted from its mother before the age of 8 weeks - 10 or 12 weeks is much better for the puppy physically and emotionally.
There is no way that anyone here can tell the age of a puppy from photographs. You need a vet to examine the puppy and give you an idea of his age from the state of his teeth etc.
If you are in any doubt that the pup you have bought is not what you were led to believe you were buying then take it back and ask for your money back.

Outside of a dog a book is man's best friend. Inside a dog it's too dark to read!
