Default Interested in how big she'll get

hi there i'm a decently new husky owner. I got shinook at 8 weeks she is now 23 weeks. She is the best investment i have ever made. She is my best friend and i love her to death. I can not believe how smart and brave she is, she doesn't take crap from any other dogs no matter how big, and she learned all the basic commands in about a week. My question is how big will she get, I've read about it and seen other husky's but I've been told shinook is small for her age, here's some recent pics and some younger pics. She just started teething too, so i don't know if that helps anyone gauge her growth.

Shinook at 15-17 weeks:

Shinook today at 23 weeks:

[I] HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SILVER AND WHITE BLUE EYED MALE PUREBRED NAMED Mikko. He is sweet and playful. I am trying to break him of his food guarding issue. I was ignoring it, but now I feel he shouldn't do it. Other than that, he is a sweetie. I do, however have to remind him that I am ahead of him in the pack. My husband, in his eyes is the leader and he always minds him. I want to work at training Mikko better, so he can be inside more without destroying the house. Is this possible?? Has anyone else experienced food possesiveness with their Husky?

Hi
We have 2 Huskies which are nearly 6 months old now. We live in Brisbane Australia
They are lovly great dogs, and have been training them since day one. They are the best behaved dogs i have had and are all ready walking fine off lead. We take then to the beach for a walk everyday at which point the love to swim in the sea .

When we got them

They like digging

They love to swim i the pool, and lazy on the lilo

Default My new Sibe- Nikita Josephine

Hello everyone,
Just got my baby girl two weeks ago. She was 7 weeks and already house broke. when she has to go, she finds me and howls and runs to the door, or sits at the door points her nose to the sky and howls. It is so awesome to walk downstairs, see her sleeping on my leather ottoman, then hear her talking to me as I go to get my cup of coffee. and the best part is, my wife who didn't think she was a dog person, has fallen in love with Nikita. even let her sleep in the bed, I almost fainted when I put her in and she didn't kick me out. LOL.
I have five boys at home and she fits in to the pack like a glove. and yes, she is not the weak one in the pack, she made sure we all knew that.
I can't say enough about how wonderful she has been. here are some pics from the first day. ( If I can get them to load ))howling.jpg

A close family friend had a Siberian Husky when I was growing up. I loved their dog. She was beautiful. I remember she would howl pretty often and we would say she was singing. Hehe.
