Default Welsh Terrier

Hi
I have just adopted a 5 yr old female Welsh Terrier. She is wonderful and appears to have been trained well. She is housebroken, knows commands sit, stay, come. She is quiet and calm not at all what I expected. The only time I see her excited is when the outside hose is on. She loves the water and comes to life playing in it.
I don't have her history and am unsure how to work with her. She has one issue that I need help with immediately! She growls and snaps at my 12 yr old lab who has never been aggresive with her and gets along with everyone. She won't behave with him. She growls if he comes near her and last night bedded herself in the doorway where he sleeps. She wouldn't let him out. She is great with children and seems to prefer them. My daughter is 9 and she loves her and licks her face.
What can I do about this aggression with my other dog? She seems to be getting worse with him not better.

Default I personally

I personally think that they are beautiful dogs and hope to get one soon. Although, I have never seen one face to face.
